We are not affiliated with the official Nageshwar jyotirling Temple Trust or any government religious board. We do not perform any religious rituals directly. Puja services are conducted by authorized pandits with relevant knowledge and experience.
Users can book various pujas through our website by providing accurate personal details and making full payment online.The charges displayed are inclusive of applicable service and processing fees excluding the GST, which will be applied during the checkout payment Once payment is confirmed, booking details are forwarded to a registered pandit for execution of the puja.
The Aundha Nagnath Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple remains open daily from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM, allowing devotees to seek blessings of Lord Shiva throughout the day. The divine rituals begin with the Morning Aarti at 5:30 AM, filling the temple with spiritual vibrations. The Afternoon Puja and Darshan takes place between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, while the Evening Aarti begins at 7:00 PM onwards, drawing large gatherings of devotees. On special occasions like Mondays, Shravan month, and Mahashivratri, the temple sees a huge influx of pilgrims and extended rituals, making the darshan experience even more powerful and sacred.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to pay the applicable contribution amount, convenience fee, or any other charges specified for the selected service. Payment must be made through the available payment options on the platform, and your booking will only be confirmed once the transaction is successfully completed. Upon confirmation, Nageshwar Services will charge the selected payment method for the corresponding usage fee. You may be required to undergo additional verification steps or provide further information to complete the transaction, and you agree to supply accurate and complete details as requested.
Nageshwar Services partners with third-party payment gateways to securely process user payments. While we strive to collaborate with reliable service providers, we do not control or manage their infrastructure, systems, or technical operations. Therefore, we are not responsible for any payment delays, failed transactions, or booking cancellations that may occur due to issues on the side of the payment provider. All payments for services made through the Platform are directed to the respective authorized entities, as outlined under the section titled “Payment for Services” available on the platform.
Users who access services and offerings via the Platform are subject to the following specific terms and conditions: Service Booking and Reservations Booking services on the Platform may require you to share personal or sensitive information. They are not disqualified or restricted by any legal or personal limitation from entering into a valid agreement as per applicable laws. They are capable of making legitimate payments for the services ordered from Nageshwar Services.
If any suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected in a user’s account, Nageshwar Services reserves the right to cancel all current and future bookings linked to that account without bearing any liability for such cancellation. In the case of card payments, the user must use their own valid credit or debit card and must be legally authorized to do so. Nageshwar Services shall not be held responsible for any misuse, and the user shall bear full liability for any fraud committed using their payment method. The burden of proof in case of disputed transactions rests solely with the user.
Customers must comply fully with the payment procedures and platform terms as laid out on . By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the displayed images, pricing, description, or service. All services listed on the Platform are subject to availability and are offered at the sole discretion of Nageshwar Services.
All bookings made through are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled under any circumstances. We do not offer any refunds for puja bookings, regardless of the reason. Users are advised to carefully review all details and confirm their availability before proceeding with the booking.
To access services on the Platform, users are required to register through Google Sign-In. Upon successful authentication, a unique user ID is automatically generated and linked to your account on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of your Google account credentials. All actions performed on the Platform under your user ID will be considered as authorized by you. In case of any unauthorized activity or security breach, it is your duty to inform Nageshwar Services immediately.
Although limited browsing may be available without registration, full access to services requires signing in via Google. You are expected to ensure that your Google account details are accurate, up-to-date, and not shared with others. Use of another individual's Google ID to access the platform is strictly prohibited. Nageshwar Services will not be responsible for any loss, misuse, or damages arising from unauthorized use of your Google account or failure to maintain account confidentiality.
All personal data submitted by users will be handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your data with authorized pandits solely for the purpose of fulfilling your puja booking.
In case of any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated by the user through their bank or payment provider:
Users must first contact Nageshwar Services for any billing-related concerns before initiating a chargeback through the bank or payment gateway.
Nageshwar Services reserves the right to provide documentary evidence (booking details, SMS, etc.) to dispute any wrongful chargeback claims.
Any platform or convenience charges levied by Nageshwar Services are non-refundable under all circumstances, including chargebacks.
Any intentionally false or fraudulent chargeback claims will result and legal action may be pursued under applicable laws.
Nageshwar Services shall not be liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, and consequential damages, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, or other intangible losses, which may arise or are arising from the use of the Nageshwartemple.com Platform or any of the information, software, services, and related graphics contained within the Nageshwartemple.com Platform or any of the Services offered, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if Nageshwar Services has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN OR ELSEWHERE, Nageshwar Services’ entire liability to the user for any claim arising out of availing Nageshwar Services or browsing the Nageshwartemple.com Platform shall be limited to the amount equivalent to the convenience price paid for the booking, product, or services giving rise to such claim. Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve via negotiation or mediation in Nashik; if unresolved, binding arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra and User hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
We act only as a facilitator between the devotee and the pandit. We do not control the timing, method, or results of any puja. We are not responsible for the spiritual effectiveness, satisfaction, or outcome of any religious service. We are also not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances like temple restrictions, weather, or priest unavailability.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally competent to enter into and comply with these terms. Individuals below the age of 18 are permitted to browse or use the Platform only under the supervision and guidance of a parent or legal guardian, and such access must be through the guardian’s registered account. the users should have parental consent to book any services. If the user’s bookings are confirmed, then it cannot be changed or refunded or reschedule.Nageshwar Services shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from user error or negligence.
Nageshwar Services reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to the Platform if it becomes aware that a user is under 18 years of age and is not being supervised as per these conditions. Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of the services, choosing the appropriate puja, and ensuring the correctness of their submitted information.
